On fafsa can I put N/A for my parents financial information?

I'm trying to fill out my fafsa and I don't know my parents financial information 2010 tax return. Can I just put N/A(not available) on my fafsa?|||no, you must include it if you want to be considered for any type of need based aid. Simply call them and ask them to read off the line numbers required on the FAFSA to complete it. If you don't put their info, your application will be not be considered complete and it's about worthless.. may as well just not do it then.|||Only if you're an independent.
