Can you subpoena a landlord to get a renter's financial information?

I sued someone and have a judgment, the next step in the indiana's small claims courts is to file a proceedings supplemental where the court will then allow garnishment of wages or bank accounts, however you must file a subpoena on a particular bank to find where the defendants has assets, my question is can you issue a subpoena on a landlord to get financial information such as a checking account number or even a copy of a check? thanks in advance.|||you're getting money so pay a lawyer to answer your legal questions.|||I'm not sure, but try this link http://www.d12.com/Civil/SC%20Money.htm
