They'll be happy to send it to you because they would like you to believe giving them your money is a good idea.
Companies that aren't publicly traded aren't required to have annual reports or tell anyone anything about their businesses.|||Like what kind of companies are you looking for. You can go to the company website and request the information that you want.|||I have used www.freeedgar.com before. Free is the upside, but its a bit more complicated as an interface and you have to do the work.
